Spirit of the Caribbean banana split
- 1 large banana, peeled and sliced lengthways
- 60ml Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
- 2 small scoops (100g) Asda Chocolate Frozen Yogurt
- 2tbsp Asda 30% Less Fat Squirty Cream
- 1tbsp Asda Micro Mallows
- 1tsp Asda Gold Crunch
Heat a nonstick frying pan on a medium setting. Cook the banana, sliced sides down, for 1 min, to caramelise. Reduce the heat to low and add the Sailor Jerry. Flip the banana to coat, then transfer to a serving dish.
Drizzle the spirit from the pan over the banana, then add the frozen yogurt.
Top with the squirty cream, micro mallows and gold crunch sprinkles. Serve immediately.
