Ingredients
  • 40g unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • zest 1 lime
  • 1⁄2tsp chopped coriander
  • 2tbsp sriracha
  • Fishmonger’s Selection Raw King Prawns
  • lime wedges
Method
  • Melt 40g unsalted butter on a low heat. Add 1 clove garlic, crushed, zest 1 lime, 1⁄2tsp chopped coriander and 2tbsp sriracha, then leave for 5 mins.

  • Thread 2 Fishmonger’s Selection Raw King Prawns onto 8 skewers, top to tail. Brush with the butter and grill for 2-3 mins on each side until the prawns are cooked.

  • Serve with lime wedges and a sprinkling of chopped coriander.
