Ingredients
  • 300g white chocolate
  • Dr. Oetker Food Colour Gel in Sky Blue, Ultra Violet and Black
  • 10g Dr. Oetker Super Hero Stars
  • 10g Chosen by you White Chocolate Stars
  • Cake Décor Gold Glitter Spray
Method
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently boiling water. Leave to cool slightly.

  • Divide the chocolate between 5 bowls. Using a different food gel for each, add enough to give pale blue, dark blue, dark purple and black; leave 1 portion as uncoloured white chocolate.

  • Pour the chocolate into the baking tray, alternating the colours, then swirl the tray to give a marbled effect. Leave until it has almost set but is still soft, then sprinkle the stars over the top.

  • Put the ‘bark’ in the fridge and leave to set for 2 hrs until firm. Spray with glitter then snap into bite-sized portions.
