Strawberry fizz cocktail
- 30ml El Jimador Tequila Blanco, plus some for dipping glasses
- Salt, for dipping glasses
- 100g strawberries, trimmed
- 1tsp agave syrup
- 300ml Prosecco, chilled
- Lime slices for garnishing
Dip the rims of 2 margarita coupe glasses into El Jimador Tequila Blanco followed by a little salt.
Blend the tequila, strawberries and agave syrup until smooth.
Mix in the Prosecco – gently, so it keeps its sparkle – and pour into the glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
