Strawberry ice lollies

Strawberry ice lollies

The kids will love these. Try using other fruit yogurts, such as raspberry or cherry, to vary the flavours.

Ingredients
  • 600g strawberries
  • 2 x 125g pots Asda Totally Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt
  • 2 level tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple juice
  • 6-8 lolly moulds (or use other small containers that are freezer safe)
Method
  • Cut the strawberries into quarters. Put the yogurt, icing sugar and apple juice in a processor, then add the strawberries. Whizz to a smooth purée (or use a hand blender if you prefer).

  • Pour into the lolly moulds. Put the lids and sticks in place and freeze. If using other containers, cover loosely with cling film and freeze until half-frozen.

  • Insert the lolly sticks, then freeze again until solid.

  • To serve, dip the moulds in hot water for a few seconds, ensuring the water doesn’t go in the lollies, then turn out.
