- 100g Asda dark chocolate, broken into squares
- 150ml double cream
- 2 tbsp Grand Marnier (or orange juice)
- 300g strawberries
- 24 marshmallows
In a small pan, heat the chocolate, cream and Grand Marnier or orange juice over a very low heat, stirring frequently and taking care not to let it boil. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool until it starts to thicken.
Thread the strawberries and marshmallows onto four skewers and serve with the warm chocolate dip. Alternatively, you could grill or barbecue the kebabs for 1 minute (no longer or the marshmallows will collapse) and serve warm with the dip.
