Ingredients
  • 375ml pineapple juice (divided into 5 x 75ml portions)
  • 250g blackberries
  • 75g raspberries
  • 75g strawberries
  • 1 ripe mango (peeled and stoned)
  • 3 peaches (peeled and stoned)
  • 3 kiwi fruit (green part only)
  • 8 flat lolly moulds
  • 8 lolly sticks
Method
  • One at a time, blitz each type of fruit with 75ml pineapple juice and set aside in separate glasses.

  • Adjust the colour of each smoothie as you wish – try adding a little of your raspberry and strawberry mix to the mango for a brighter orange colour.

  • Using a spoon, carefully layer each mixture in the lolly moulds, then transfer to the freezer for 1 hr, until they are partly frozen.

  • Insert the lolly sticks into the lollies, then return to the freezer overnight to set completely.
