Striped fruit ices
- 375ml pineapple juice (divided into 5 x 75ml portions)
- 250g blackberries
- 75g raspberries
- 75g strawberries
- 1 ripe mango (peeled and stoned)
- 3 peaches (peeled and stoned)
- 3 kiwi fruit (green part only)
- 8 flat lolly moulds
- 8 lolly sticks
One at a time, blitz each type of fruit with 75ml pineapple juice and set aside in separate glasses.
Adjust the colour of each smoothie as you wish – try adding a little of your raspberry and strawberry mix to the mango for a brighter orange colour.
Using a spoon, carefully layer each mixture in the lolly moulds, then transfer to the freezer for 1 hr, until they are partly frozen.
Insert the lolly sticks into the lollies, then return to the freezer overnight to set completely.
