  • 300ml Asda Whipping Cream
  • 300g condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • For the sauce:
  • 454g punnet Asda Fresh Strawberries
  • 150g punnet Asda Fresh Raspberries
  • 75g icing sugar
  • Chop the fruit, add the icing sugar, mash well and allow to sit for 20 minutes. Blitz with a stick blender and then pass through a sieve for a super-smooth sauce.

  • Put the condensed milk, whipping cream and vanilla extract into a large bowl and, using an electric mixer, beat until thick and smooth.

  • Pour into a deep plastic container and stir in half the sauce, stirring gently to create a marbled effect. Pop in the freezer until needed.

  • Freezing will take 4 to 5 hours in total.
