Ingredients
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 300g white cabbage
  • 4 tbsp Chosen by you Low Fat Natural Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp coarse grain French mustard
  • 2 tsp clear honey
  • 150g carrots, grated
  • 4 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
  • 12 radishes, sliced
  • 2 yellow peppers, de-seeded and sliced
Method
  • Toss the sliced apple with the lemon juice in a large bowl.

  • Cut the stem off the white cabbage and shred the leaves.

  • In another bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and clear honey. Season.

  • Add the yogurt mixture to the apple and cabbage, plus the grated carrots, spring onions, radishes and yellow peppers.

  • Mix together gently.
