- 2 apples, sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 300g white cabbage
- 4 tbsp Chosen by you Low Fat Natural Yogurt
- 4 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp coarse grain French mustard
- 2 tsp clear honey
- 150g carrots, grated
- 4 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
- 12 radishes, sliced
- 2 yellow peppers, de-seeded and sliced
Toss the sliced apple with the lemon juice in a large bowl.
Cut the stem off the white cabbage and shred the leaves.
In another bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and clear honey. Season.
Add the yogurt mixture to the apple and cabbage, plus the grated carrots, spring onions, radishes and yellow peppers.
Mix together gently.
