Ingredients
  • 25g cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 250g Asda Fresh Tastes Hot & Spicy Stir Fry with Red Chillies
  • 300g pack Asda Chosen by you Rice Noodles
  • 240g pack Asda Cooked and Peeled King Prawns
  • Asda Chosen by you Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir fry Sauce
Method
  • Put the cashew nuts in a wok and dry fry over a medium heat, stirring all the time until golden. Tip onto a plate.

  • Heat the oil in the wok and stir-fry the Asda Fresh Tastes pack for 3-4 minutes.

  • Add the noodles and continue stir-frying for 1-2 minutes. Add the prawns and sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes until hot. Add the cashew nuts and serve with lime wedges.
