Sweet soy salmon
- 6 individual pouches of Asda Frozen Salmon Fillets
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp clear honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- Asda Frozen Crispy Potatoes
- Asda Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Put the salmon in a single layer in a shallow ovenproof dish. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce and sunflower oil. Spoon evenly over the salmon and cover the dish with foil.
Cook in the oven at 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6 for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, baste well with the juices and cook for another 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
Serve with the potatoes, cooked in the oven at the same time, and vegetables.
