Ingredients
  • 6 individual pouches of Asda Frozen Salmon Fillets
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp clear honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Asda Frozen Crispy Potatoes
  • Asda Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Method
  • Put the salmon in a single layer in a shallow ovenproof dish. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce and sunflower oil. Spoon evenly over the salmon and cover the dish with foil.

  • Cook in the oven at 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6 for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, baste well with the juices and cook for another 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.

  • Serve with the potatoes, cooked in the oven at the same time, and vegetables.
