Ingredients
  • 375g Extra Special Tenderstem Broccoli
  • 75g ground almonds
  • 25g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 5tbsp Asda Basil & Tomato Pizza Topper
  • 75g reduced-fat mozzarella, torn
  • 5 slices chorizo
  • 4 Kalamata olives, stoned and halved
  • ½ red chilli, sliced
  • 25g Extra Special Tenderstem Broccoli, chopped
  • 5g Parmesan, grated
  • Basil leaves
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Blitz the broccoli in a processor until finely chopped. Put in a microwaveable bowl, cover with clingfilm and microwave on high for 4 mins.

  • Tip into a sieve to cool, then press out any excess liquid. Put in a bowl and stir in ground almonds, parmesan, egg and garlic.

  • Spoon onto the tray and shape into a 24cm circle. Bake for 15-20 mins.

  • Remove from the oven and spread with basil and tomato pizza topper.

  • Top with reduced-fat mozzarella, chorizo, olives, chilli and broccoli.

  • Bake for 10-12 mins. Serve scattered with Parmesan and basil leaves.
