Tenderstem broccoli base pizza
- 375g Extra Special Tenderstem Broccoli
- 75g ground almonds
- 25g Parmesan, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 5tbsp Asda Basil & Tomato Pizza Topper
- 75g reduced-fat mozzarella, torn
- 5 slices chorizo
- 4 Kalamata olives, stoned and halved
- ½ red chilli, sliced
- 25g Extra Special Tenderstem Broccoli, chopped
- 5g Parmesan, grated
- Basil leaves
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Blitz the broccoli in a processor until finely chopped. Put in a microwaveable bowl, cover with clingfilm and microwave on high for 4 mins.
Tip into a sieve to cool, then press out any excess liquid. Put in a bowl and stir in ground almonds, parmesan, egg and garlic.
Spoon onto the tray and shape into a 24cm circle. Bake for 15-20 mins.
Remove from the oven and spread with basil and tomato pizza topper.
Top with reduced-fat mozzarella, chorizo, olives, chilli and broccoli.
Bake for 10-12 mins. Serve scattered with Parmesan and basil leaves.
