Ingredients
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 red apples
  • 2tbsp unsalted pistachios
  • 100g chocolate spread
  • 100g smooth peanut butter
  • 2tbsp Fruit Bowl Strawberry Flakes or freeze-dried strawberries
  • 2tbsp dried blueberries
  • 2tbsp flaked almonds
  • 2tbsp yogurt-covered raisins
Method
  • Carefully remove the core of each apple with the corer.

  • Slice the apples in half across the middle and then each half in half again across the middle – so each apple ends up becoming 4 rings with holes in the middle.

  • Chop the pistachios with a large knife and put in a bowl.

  • Spread one side of each apple circle with either chocolate spread or peanut butter.

  • To finish, sprinkle the apple rings with different combinations of the pistachios, dried fruits, almonds and raisins.
