Ingredients
  • 1/8 Puff pastry sheet
  • ½ apple, thinly sliced
  • 1tbsp honey
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 25ml extra-thick double cream
Method
  • Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5.

  • Line a small ovenproof dish with the puff pastry and trim round the edge. Neatly arrange the apple slices inside, overlapping to create a spiral.

  • Next, drizzle over the honey and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake in the oven for about 15 mins until puffed and golden.
