Miguel Barclay’s toffee apple tartin
- 1/8 Puff pastry sheet
- ½ apple, thinly sliced
- 1tbsp honey
- Pinch cinnamon
- 25ml extra-thick double cream
Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5.
Line a small ovenproof dish with the puff pastry and trim round the edge. Neatly arrange the apple slices inside, overlapping to create a spiral.
Next, drizzle over the honey and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake in the oven for about 15 mins until puffed and golden.
