Ingredients
  • 390g carton chopped tomatoes with garlic
  • 390g carton chopped tomatoes with herbs
  • 300g penne
  • 160g can tuna chunks in brine
  • 8 olives
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • Parmesan, to serve
Method
  • Simmer the chopped tomatoes with garlic and chopped tomatoes with herbs together for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced.

  • Cook and drain the penne according to packet instructions and toss with the sauce.

  • Add a drained and flaked can of tuna chunks in brine, the olives and capers. Heat through and serve with grated Parmesan.
