Tomato & tuna pasta

- 390g carton chopped tomatoes with garlic
- 390g carton chopped tomatoes with herbs
- 300g penne
- 160g can tuna chunks in brine
- 8 olives
- 1 tbsp capers
- Parmesan, to serve
Simmer the chopped tomatoes with garlic and chopped tomatoes with herbs together for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced.
Cook and drain the penne according to packet instructions and toss with the sauce.
Add a drained and flaked can of tuna chunks in brine, the olives and capers. Heat through and serve with grated Parmesan.
