Ingredients
  • 200g couscous
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 olives, sliced
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 4 tuna steaks
Method
  • Soak the couscous in 250ml hot water. Add the lemon zest and juice, olive oil, olives, spring onions, tomatoes and parsley.

  • Fry 4 tuna steaks for 3 minutes each side. Serve with couscous.
