Ingredients
  • Baker’s Selection White Baton Baguette
  • 1tsp Asda Lime & Ancho Chilli Mayo
  • 40g Extra Special British Butter Roast Turkey Breast
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • Shreds of red chilli
  • Coriander leaves
  • ¼ pepper
Method
  • Halve a baguette, leaving a ‘hinge’ on one side. Spread with the mayo then top with the turkey, carrot, spring onion, red chilli, coriander leaves and pepper, if you like.
