Ultimate cheese toastie
- 50g Grower's Selection Vine Ripened Cherry Tomatoes
- 1tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 sprig thyme
- ½tsp Marmite
- 2 slices Extra Special Sourdough Boule
- 2tsp Extra Special Caramelised Onion Chutney
- 1 slice Asda 30% Less Fat Mild Sliced British Cheese
- Handful spinach
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Put the tomatoes on a baking tray and roast for 10 mins until bursting. Set aside.
Put the rapeseed oil and thyme sprig in a nonstick frying pan and heat over a medium setting.
Spread the Marmite on one slice of the bread and the chutney on the other. Top the chutney with the cheese. Add the spinach and sandwich the slices together.
Put the sandwich in the frying pan with the thyme. Cook for 2-3 mins on each side, until browned. Rest for 2 mins before cutting in half and serving with the tomatoes.
