Vegan Green Lagoon Smoothie

- 40g baby spinach
- ½ medium ripe avocado
- 150g frozen chopped mango
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 150ml apple juice
Put all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender with 250ml cold water and blitz until smooth, scraping down the sides in between blending if needed.
Pour the smoothie between 5 glasses and garnish with a wedge of lime on the rim if you’d like.
