Ingredients
  • 250g frozen Asda Summer fruits & banana smoothie mix
  • 150g cauliflower, roughly chopped
  • 200ml orange juice
  • 200g Alpro Vanilla Soya Yogurt Alternative
  • 200 ml water
Method
  • Put the frozen fruit, cauliflower and orange juice into a high-powered blender with 200ml cold water and blitz until thick and smooth, scraping down the sides in between blending if needed.

  • Pour the smoothie between 4 glasses. Using a spoon, swirl the yogurt through the top of the smoothie for a rippled effect before serving.
