Ingredients
  • 1 x 600g Grower’s Selection Vegetable & Bean Stew Slow Cooker Pack
  • 4 level tsp Asda 
Hot Chilli Powder
  • 1 level tsp dried oregano
  • 1 x 390g carton 
Asda Italian Chopped Tomatoes With 
Chilli & Peppers
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 400ml veg stock, made with 1 cube
  • Grower's Selection Broccoli rice, soured cream and parsley, to serve (optional)
Method
  • Preheat your slow cooker to low, if recommended 
by the manufacturer.

  • Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker. 
Stir, cover with the lid, then cook for 6-8 hrs.

  • Garnish with the soured cream and parsley. Serve with the broccoli rice.
