Ingredients
  • 100ml lemonade
  • 100ml pineapple juice
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • wedge of pineapple
Method
  • Pour 100ml lemonade, 100ml pineapple juice and 50ml coconut milk over some ice and mix well.

  • Transfer to a tall glass and serve with a wedge of pineapple on the side.
