Ingredients
  • 1 watermelon, peeled and chopped
  • 2tsp rose water
  • 20g fresh mint, chopped, plus extra sprigs to decorate
Method
  • Put the watermelon in a blender and process until smooth. Stir in the rose water and chopped mint.

  • Add a couple of handfuls of ice to the juice and divide between 6 glasses. Top with sprigs of mint to serve.
