- 100ml Patron Silver Tequila
- Granulated sugar, for dipping
- Flesh ½ small watermelon
- Juice 1 lime
- 1tsp agave syrup
- Handful of crushed ice
- Rosemary sprigs to garnish
Wet the rims of 4 margarita glasses with tequila, before dipping in granulated sugar.
Blend the tequila with the watermelon, lime juice and agave syrup until smooth.
Run through a sieve then blend with a handful of crushed ice until slushy.
Divide between the glasses; garnish with rosemary sprigs.
