- 75cl bottle Riesling
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 vanilla pod, split lengthways
- 120g caster sugar
Pour the ingredients into a large, deep pan. Slowly bring to a boil then simmer for 40 mins to allow the flavours to infuse.
Divide between 6 heatproof glasses; serve hot.
