Ingredients
  • 3tbsp mayonnaise
  • juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1tsp Chosen by you Jerk Seasoning
  • 150g white cabbage
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • 1tbsp chopped coriander
Method
  • To make the coleslaw dressing, whisk together 3tbsp mayonnaise, the juice and zest of 1 lime and 1tsp Chosen by you Jerk Seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.

  • Put 150g white cabbage, finely shredded, 1 large carrot, peeled and finely grated, 1 red onion, sliced, and 1tbsp chopped coriander in a large salad bowl. Add the dressing and toss together until the vegetables are evenly coated.

  • Serve immediately.
