Ingredients
  • 200g Asda 50% Less Fat Light Original Soft Cheese
  • Juice and zest ½ lemon
  • 16 cocktail blinis (or crostini)
  • 120g Extra Special Rich & Intense Scottish Smoked Salmon, torn
  • 1tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
Method
  • Stir the soft cheese in a bowl to soften. Mix in the lemon juice and season with black pepper.

  • Divide the cheese mixture between the blinis, then top with the smoked salmon.

  • Sprinkle with the lemon zest and chilli. Serve within 1hr.
