Zingy smoked salmon canapés

- 200g Asda 50% Less Fat Light Original Soft Cheese
- Juice and zest ½ lemon
- 16 cocktail blinis (or crostini)
- 120g Extra Special Rich & Intense Scottish Smoked Salmon, torn
- 1tbsp lemon zest
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
Stir the soft cheese in a bowl to soften. Mix in the lemon juice and season with black pepper.
Divide the cheese mixture between the blinis, then top with the smoked salmon.
Sprinkle with the lemon zest and chilli. Serve within 1hr.
