With their catchy pop songs and their rather garish matching outfits, *NSYNC, for one reason or another, were one of the most known and loved boy bands of the '90s.
"There was a lot of questionable attire and I think we may have been responsible for like 90% of it in that decade"
Back then, you couldn’t really go anywhere without hearing the band’s much-loved hits such as Bye, Bye, Bye, I Want You Back or Girlfriend blaring out of the radio.
You also couldn’t read a newspaper or magazine without seeing the band - which was made up of Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone and Lance Bass - pictured in their brightly coloured, and sometimes metallic, ensembles.
And 15 years after the band split and went their separate ways, Justin Timberlake has since apologised for some of the ‘questionable attire’ they wore back in the '90s.
The star, when asked what his favourite coordinated *NSYNC outfit was, replied: “Well, there’s just so many. I want to take this opportunity to apologise, because anytime you can do dancing from the ‘90s - wonderful.
“But there was a lot of questionable attire and I think we may have been responsible for like 90% of it in that decade. So…sorry!”

One of their most memorable outfits perhaps, was when the fivesome took the spotlight in those unforgettable metallic-coloured jackets.
Or how about those denim outfits with their bling-adorned jeans?
And who could forget those black ensembles with just a panel of reflective strips emblazoned on them?
